Ingredients:
• conejo, 500 gramos
• cebolla, 1 unidad
• aceite de oliva, 5 cucharadas
• sal, 1 pellizco
• bolitas de pimienta, al gusto
• vinagre,
• hoja de laurel, 1 unidad
Directions:
Poner a calentar en una cazuela el aceite y dorar los trozos de conejo con la sal al gusto. Añadir la cebolla cortada en aros muy finos, las bolitas de pimienta, la hoja de laurel, el vinagre y un poco de agua. Dejarlo hervir hasta que esté cocido.
