5 batatas grandes cozidas
3 cenouras cruas bem picadinhas
maionese o suficiente
sal, pimenta a gosto
700g de camarão médio cozidos
1 colher (chá) de mostarda
1 colher (chá) de vinagre
1 colher (chá) de azeite		 Directions:
Picar as batatas já cozidas, a cenoura, os camarões, (reserva alguns para enfeitar) colocar todos os ingredientes e misturar. Você pode apresentar esta salada, dentro da carcaça do abacaxi, (retire com cuidado o miolo do abacaxi), na saladeira ou pratinhos individuais, com uma folha de alface embaixo.
