Ingredients:
• pulpito, 500 gramos
• cebolla mediana, 1 unidad
• diente de ajo, 1 unidad
• perejil picado, 1 cucharada
• sal, al gusto
• aceite de oliva, 4 cucharadas
Directions:
Limpiar y lavar los pulpitos; dejar en un escurridos para que pierdan todo el agua. Calentar el aceite en una sartén y rehogar la cebolla, el ajo y el perejil, todo picado finamente. Cuando empiece a dorarse, incorporar los pulpitos, sazonar y saltear unos 2-3 minutos a fuego vivo. Servir inmediatamente.
